BENNIE BRANTLEY, NASM-PES

Coach Bennie was certified as a personal trainer in 1996 while in the U.S. Military, Infantry 11 Bravo Airborne Combat Medic. As an active soldier he provided personal training services to the United States Army. His love, knowledge, and experience in sports was exhibited with a career as a semi-professional football and basketball athlete from 1999 – 2010. Coach Bennie has had hands-on training with D1 and professional athletes, some of which played in the Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Orlando Magic organizations. Coach Bennie specializes in sport-specific training, athletic training, functional training, and post-rehabilitation exercises. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with additional credentialing as a Performance Enhancement Specialist.

DAPHNE BRANTLEY, NASM-PES

Coach Daphne has been a certified personal trainer since 2012. Her experience is held in functional and athletic training. As a former local CrossFit competitor she holds a greater understanding and experience for competition prep. Through close observation of many fallacies being taught in the fitness industry, Coach Daphne focuses on educating her athletes on proper movement patterns, progressions, nutrient timing, recovery, and injury prevention in order that each athlete can reach their maximum potential safely. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with additional credentialing as a Performance Enhancement Specialist.
